From the M5
There are two options:-

• Leave the M5 at junction 25 – Taunton

• Leave the M5 at junction 30 – Exeter

Westbound
There are two options:-

• The A303

• The A35

M5, Junction 25 – Taunton:

At Taunton, take the A358 Southeast through Stoke St Mary to Ilminster.

Continue South on the A358 through Chard, Axminster and Musbury.

1.5 miles after Musbury you will reach the junction of the A358, A3052 and B3172. Take the B3172, straight ahead towards Axmouth.

Travel through Axmouth and along to Seaton.

At the first roundabout in Seaton take the 2^nd exit signposted ‘Through traffic, B3172 (B3174)’.

At the mini roundabout take the second exit, straight over.

At the next mini roundabout take the 3^rd exit; the office is immediately on the right hand side.

Visitor parking is behind Willoughby House, approached through a gate and driveway at the left hand side of the building.

M5, Junction 30 – Exeter:

At Exeter, take the 1^st exit off the roundabout (if travelling south), or the 4^th exit (if travelling north) onto the A376; Sidmouth Road towards Seaton.

At the roundabout take the 2^nd exit (straight across) onto the A3052 for Sidmouth and Lyme Regis.

Continue on the A3052 for about 17 miles, through Newton Poppleford and Sidford.

Take the right turn at the prominent water tower and Esso fuel station, signposted B3172 (Seaton Down Hill) to Seaton.

At the bottom of the hill turn right signposted ’Town Centre, Seafront, B3172’.

Turn left at the traffic lights (one way).

At the mini roundabout take the 1^st exit; the office is immediately on the right hand side.

Visitor parking is behind Willoughby House, approached through a gate and driveway at the left hand side of the building.

A303:

At Ilminster (Southfields Roundabout) take the 3^rd exit onto the A358.

Continue on the A358 through Chard, Axminster and Musbury.

1.5 miles after Musbury you will reach the junction of the A358, A3052 and B3172. Take the B3172, straight ahead towards Axmouth.

Travel through Axmouth and along to Seaton.

A35:

At Charmouth, take the 2^nd exit onto the A3052 for Lyme Regis.

Continue on the A3052 for 8 miles, through Lyme Regis and Rousdon.

At the crossroad with the A358 and B3172, turn left onto the B3172 towards Seaton.

Travel through Axmouth and along to Seaton.

At the first roundabout in Seaton take the 2^nd exit signposted ‘Through traffic, B3172 (B3174)’.

At the mini roundabout take the second exit, straight over.

At the next mini roundabout take the 3^rd exit; the office is immediately on the right hand side.
