Affordable Housing Programme will run over three
years from 2008-2011.

billion worth of grant (with an estimated
project value of approximately £21 billion)
will be awarded.

Only ‘pre-qualified’ organisations can bid for
funding. These now include Housing
Associations, Local Authorities, Arms Length Management Organisations &
Housebuilders.
