Maintenance Information for HAs – Contracts, DLOs etc (England Only)

We have spent in the region of nine months gathering, analysing and developing information on ongoing maintenance and Decent Homes Standard (DHS) works being carried out by HAs in England that own more than 10,000 stock.

As part of this research, we identified:

Group structures

How Housing Association group structures operate, displayed as a ‘family tree’.

Maintenance Personnel

The people responsible for maintenance and decent homes throughout the whole HA group structure, in order of seniority.  You can therefore identify who best to approach within each HA.

DLO Offices and Personnel

We have identified which HAs have Direct Labour Organisations (DLOs), and have shown the office structure of these along with the relevant personnel in order of seniority.

Organisations Carrying out DHS Works and Ongoing Maintenance

For each HA, we have added details of the contractors and DLOs that are carrying out ongoing maintenance, and completing DHS works at each office of the group (where applicable).
