Private Housebuilder |
|
This Database provides information on
very small, small, medium and large builders and
contains approximately 1,125 records. The comprehensive
information not only details their key contacts but also
provides group structures, divisions, acquisitions and
mergers along with details on completions, active sites,
how procurement is managed and trends within the housebuilding sector. |
|
Office closures

Over
the past few months many of the major housebuilders have
announced plans to restructure their businesses. In
many cases this has resulted in office closures.
Therefore amendments have been made to this Database in
order to ensure that office closures are easily
identifiable, but more importantly we clearly show which
offices have now taken responsibility for their work. |
|

|
|
The
total group completion figure is made up of individual
completion figures for all offices within a group.
The Databases Group Summary now illustrates which offices
have since been closed. This report will remain
the same however, until each housebuilder releases their
next full year's completion figures, when we can again
obtain a breakdown for the individual offices remaining
in operation. |

The above screenshots
are displayed for illustrative purposes only and as
such, housebuilder details have been removed.

For the

-
Over £8.4 billion worth of grant (with an estimated
project value of
£21 billion)
will be awarded.
-
Only 'pre-qualified' organisations can bid for
funding. These now include Housebuilders,
HAs, LAs and ALMOs.
Full
details of allocations are provided on the Database. |

Opportunities and issues

The Strategic section of the Database
provides extensive background information on private
housebuilding opportunities, growth locations, the
Governments legislative programme and major housing and
planning issues. |
|
Mailing
lists

The Database also includes a fully
automated mailing tool allowing clients to create
letters, labels, reports and spreadsheets. Mailing
lists automatically exclude closed offices included in
the Database and allow you to search companies by
geographical region, number of completions, Modern
Methods of Construction, Group(s), Division(s) and
individual office(s). Clients can also search for
specific personnel within organisations.
