Social Housing Contractor/Contract Analysis Tool

This simple, push button tool allows you to complete a very detailed analysis of contractors and contracts let within the social housing sector in England, whether for Decent Homes work or ongoing Planned or Responsive maintenance.

This Analysis Covers all contracts let by each individual stock owning Local Authority (LA) and Arms Length Management Organisation (ALMO), plus every major Housing Association (HA) or Group owning over 10,000 stock.

The Tool automatically generates pie charts, bar charts, graphs and spreadsheets from the key data it holds, allowing you to analyse the number and type of contracts each company has gained in based on a number of criteria.

Refurbishment

The Contractor/Contract Analysis Tool enables you to produce an overview of the organisations currently carrying out Decent Homes refurbishment, giving a clear picture of the amount of work carried out by contractors and DLOs.  In addition, reports and charts can be produced ranking contractors by the number of contracts successfully gained from LAs, ALMOs and HAs, providing a clear and objective assessment of the most successful contractors involved in Decent

Homes work.

Ongoing Planned and Responsive Maintenance

An overall picture of the organisations carrying out ongoing Planned and

Responsive maintenance is also available, giving the percentage of work being undertaken by Contractors and/or DLOs.  Reports and charts ranking contractors by the number of responsive and/or planned maintenance contracts can also be generated for LAs, ALMOs and HAs.  This analysis also allows you to rank contractors by the estimated number of homes covered under planned and responsive maintenance contracts for all stock retention LAs and ALMOs.
